Mantle’s 5th Anniversary: Reflections on our Team, Our Values, and Why People Work Here
As Mantle Climate celebrates our 5th Anniversary, we want to give a big shout-out to our incredible team.
We are a group of unique individuals who choose to be part of a great team.
- We are engineers, architects, and business professionals.
- We are gardeners, athletes, hikers, cyclists, concertgoers, coffee drinkers, animal lovers, and lifelong learners.
- We are innovative, passionate, curious, diverse, unbiased and humble.
We value:
- Innovation: We value innovation because society is not moving fast enough in the climate change fight; the status quo will not get us there. We are thrilled when clients want to try new things, from climate software to new building materials, even if it disrupts the “way we’ve always done it.”
- Quality: We value quality because it is part of who we are. We believe quality deliverables drive quality actions, and these in turn, create quality results—for the environment and our clients’ businesses.
- Transparency: We value transparency because putting all our cards on the table lets us move faster. Communicating good ideas clearly pushes us to work efficiently. And working collaboratively helps us all make better decisions.
Every day, we work to build climate leaders—both within our team and in our clients’ organizations—and that’s exciting.
But don’t just trust us on this. Here, in our team’s own words, is what makes working at Mantle so great.
Brandy Burdeniuk: It’s the caliber of the people and the quality of the projects! The best people are at Mantle Climate!
Josh Mogil: I love the opportunity to work on a huge variety of interesting projects.
Kathleen Kauth: I love our combination of talent, curiosity and focus on making a real-world difference for our clients.
Elizabeth Tice: We show up for each other with respect and kindness and that is so important.
Asvini Keerawella: The team is genuinely curious about the space Mantle operates in, which means they’re always learning, evolving, and improving.
Eslam Elshorbagy: I get to work directly with construction and design teams, helping move the industry toward higher-performance, lower-carbon infrastructure.
Mai-Yin Johnston: Every Mant has a unique set of skills and experiences, in life and in work, and that’s celebrated!
Ryan Zizzo: We’re constantly doing new exciting things with inspiring partners.
Thank you to our remarkable team for making the last five years so rewarding and impactful. We can all be proud of the work we’ve done together. Here’s to shaping the next five!
