Siassia brings nearly a decade of experience in the design and certification of sustainable buildings. At Mantle Developments, she assists clients and design teams in reaching their zero-carbon and sustainable building goals.

Prior to joining Mantle Developments, Siassia supported design and real estate professionals in advancing sustainability principles, strategies, processes, and policies. She has worked with integrated design teams on projects targeting LEED, WELL, ILFI Zero Carbon, and CAGBC Zero Carbon Certifications. She has also supported organizations in managing their sustainability initiatives, such as AIA 2030 reporting, sustainability database development and management, carbon accounting, reduction planning, and PRI reporting.

Siassia takes an integrated approach, engaging all interested parties and empowering them to contribute their unique perspectives throughout the design process to deliver a truly integrated project.
