With over 8 years of experience, he has contributed to the successful execution of $400M+ projects across transit, nuclear, and community facilities, combining technical engineering expertise with proven project management methods.
At Mantle Developments, Eslam leads design and construction coordination, scheduling, risk management, and contract administration on complex builds, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance. His credentials include PMP certification and multiple sustainability designations (LEED AP BD+C, ENV SP, Fitwel Ambassador, GGP), which enable him to integrate high-performance and sustainability goals seamlessly into construction delivery.
