Elizabeth is the Director of Project Management at Mantle Climate. Elizabeth brings over 8 years of client delivery experience in topics like ESG investment due diligence, post-investment sustainability strategy, decarbonization and supply chain sustainability for clients in private equity, banking, manufacturing, FMGC, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries to name a few.

Previously, Elizabeth successfully built and co-led the MaRS Project Management Office as well as the Sustainable Finance and Private Equity practice at EcoVadis, and maintains a strong track record of project leadership excellence by working closely with clients to deliver exceptional results towards their sustainability and impact goals. Most recently, her experience focused on integrating ESG into investment decision-making on the Transactions team at ERM, a global sustainability consultancy. She brings a robust, client-centric, and agile approach to project management at Mantle Developments.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Sustainability Management (MScSM) from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree in Geography and Environmental Science from Queen’s University. She is a Certified Scrum Master with the Scrum Alliance (an agile project management training body). Elizabeth passionately advocates for environmental stewardship and climate awareness in her daily life. She spends her time outside of work traveling and trying new food, on the pilates mat, or out for dinner with friends.
