Prior to joining Mantle, Brandy served as North American ESG Director at Avison Young, where she help clients embed Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) excellence into real estate strategies to deliver long-term value and measurable impact. Bridging purpose and performance, she advanced future-proofing assets, mitigating risk, and aligning business goals with environmental and social outcomes. Brandy supported organizations in navigating the ever-evolving ESG landscape with clarity and confidence, ahead of regulatory and shareholder expectations.
Brandy’s career began as an entrepreneur, co-founding a mission-driven company focused on sustainable design, certification, policy development, and community impact. She later served as Chief Customer Officer at the Canada Green Building Council, where she led national business development and client outreach to engage executives and real estate leaders. Accelerating the transition to a low-carbon economy, she proudly participated in advancing industry-wide adoption of LEED and Zero Carbon certifications.
